Open Outlook → Add Account → Select IMAP. Enter your corporate email address, IMAP and SMTP servers provided by your administrator. Enable TLS for incoming and outgoing connections. For systems with 2FA, use an app password per your provider's instructions. Test send and receive with a trial email. Official server parameters will be published upon mail provider integration.
